Reviews

I’m not exactly sure where to start… all I can say is, there’s a reason this place gets 5 star reviews. Good honest people. And the owner will talk to you directly. He doesn’t hide and have office personnel contact you. The owner does the work, he does the calling… very very involved. I had my truck towed here due to a self inflicted ecm blanking while trying to tune. Kris was very up front and told me “hey you need to make arrangements for another truck to continue with what you had going on, it won’t be ready until beginning or mid week the next week” he had my truck for 48 hours total… jumped on the issue, got my ecm rewrote with the factory software and turned around, installed my tuner for me, set it up for me to run as efficiently as possible and be reliable while towing. I didn’t want something that was going to smoke a lot. He nailed it. Called me, and said my truck was ready for pick up. He very easily could’ve over charged. I thought I’d be looking at very little a 1,500-2,000 dollar repair bill. All for him to come back and say “all I’m charging is two hours of labor” I asked why, he said that’s all it took for him to fix the issue. The longest part was waiting for new software. All I’m saying is, I live an hour from them. My truck will not be at another shop from this point on. Kris was very attentive to the matter, very polite, very professional, and priced very very fair for what he does. If you have any doubt about this shop just take the time and read through the reviews.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Service – Highly Recommend KJLUXAUTO! I can't recommend KJLUXAUTO and Kris enough! Absolutely outstanding service, professionalism, and attention to detail! Kris is a true professional who genuinely cares about his work. From car repairs to working on the tyres, he makes sure everything is done properly and with great care. What really makes him stand out is that even the smallest details matter to him. Nothing gets overlooked, and he always puts quality first. It's rare to find someone so dedicated, reliable, and passionate about what they do. You can tell Kris takes real pride in his work and treats every car like his own. Fantastic workmanship, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent service from start to finish! Thank you, Kris and KJLUXAUTO! Definitely 10/10 – highly recommended! 🚗👏

Kris and his team are extremely knowledgeable about vehicles and specialists on European and Japanese luxury brands and my go-to for our maintenance and servicing our vehicles!! Highly recommend KJLux Auto!!

I brought my 2018 Cadillac Escalade to KJLux for a second opinion after having ongoing A/C and electrical issues. They took the time to connect their diagnostic scanner, went through the vehicle with me, found multiple codes, and explained what they were seeing without trying to pressure me into repairs or charge me for something I didn’t need. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. It’s refreshing to find a shop that actually takes the time to help a customer understand what is going on instead of immediately trying to sell parts. I will definitely be coming back to KJLux for future service and highly recommend them, especially for Cadillac/GM diagnostics.

Kris is so knowledgeable. I brought my Infiniti convertible and not only did he save us money, he educated me that the dealer had been over servicing my vehicle. Thank you, Kris!

Kris is the man. If you want real honest work by real honest people, I highly recommend KJLux Auto.

Great prices and great service!! I drove 45 extra minutes just to come here , and I’d suggest you do the same!

Kris & Doug are the best mechanic shop I’ve ever worked with and I’ve dealt with tons. Quite literally. not only have a done great work on both of my Ford F250s but they have also even done work on my McLaren. I have referred them to multiple family members and even people that work for me. I’ve had my vehicles worked on there at least 20 times and I would say 18 out of the 20 times they have it back to me same day and I can text them with a day or two heads up and they get me in If I could give them more than 5 stars I would lol

Great service

Kris and Greg are absolutely wonderful! I took my 2013 Honda CRV to them for a valve repair and they handled it quickly. When I picked my car up they were able to give me a game plan on how to make sure that this did not continue to happen. I definitely will be continuing to go to them for all of my car needs!

Greg and Chris have exceeded expectations and repaired my car with the expertise and customer service that is Head over heels compared to larger establishments. So I am asking if you read this review at anytime take your car to these Gentlemen. They do not cut corners and they sell professionalism with every repair. Right people at right place doing the right thing. Thank you KJLux and team

They say honesty is the best policy, and I couldn’t agree more. In the is case, honesty earned KJ Lux Auto, a lifelong customer. I took my vehicle to the dealership for routine maintenance and was told that I needed a $3000 service due to a leak. Something didn’t feel right-I wasn’t seeing any leakage on the ground- so I decided to get a second opinion. I’m so glad I did, because Kris & Greg found nothing wrong. After this dealership experience, I felt betrayed and am questioning whether past recommendations were ever truly necessary. Kris & Greg on the other hand, are amazing! They could have easily taken my money for the repair I came in asking for, but instead they chose to be honest and transparent. I’m truly grateful for their integrity, and I’m thrilled to have found my mechanics for life. I wholeheartedly recommend KJ Lux Auto for your vehicle needs without hesitation! Thanks Kris!

Kris and Greg fixed the issue I was experiencing with my SUV. They operate with integrity and I've begun recommending them to family and friends for their vehicle repair needs. I'm blessed to have found this dynamic duo. Thank you !

I am a proud and loyal customer to this shop in so long as Chris and his team continue to be the representative here. It is the only place I will take my car when I have a choice. Between my Ford Mustang And my wife’s Cadillac ATS We couldn’t be happier with the evaluation and work that goes in to keeping our cars running as top tier as possible. Thank you 🙏🏽

I took my Infiniti M37S for a 4WAS diagnosis/repair and they did not disappoint. It’s hard to find honest mechanics who will take the time to learn and understand the actual issue with your vehicle. 10/10 would recommend especially if it’s something electrical related!! Got it fixed in a timely manner and was communicative throughout the entire process! Worth every penny! Infiniti 4WAS/IBA REPAIR

Very good experience. Thorough and well priced. Gave me an in-depth detailed PPI for Rolls Royce Wraith

Wow. Talk about fantastic service in every regard. Greg was communicative every step of the repair. Called me to let me know updates on the diagnosis, his findings, and repairs needed. Even helped me decide what comes next in terms of repairs. Cannot thank these guys enough. It’s hard to find a shop that is affordable, communicative and honest but not impossible, and that shop is KJLux Auto. Thank you guys!

My car was in a hit-and-run last week, and I’m currently waiting for insurance to cover the repairs. In the meantime, I haven’t been able to drive on the highway because the bumper detaches and gets pushed back by the wind—definitely not fun. I stopped by and spoke with Kris to see what I could do as a temporary fix until everything is sorted with insurance, and he was incredibly kind and helpful. He secured the bumper so I can drive safely for now and offered great professional advice and reassurance. I’ll absolutely be returning to KJLA in the future! Excellent service and a perfect example of the quality care they provide. Highly recommend!

I found an incredible auto shop where the guys are super smart and fair, two things not always associated with each other in the auto repair world. I’ll never go anywhere else and if I move I’m taken them with me. These guys are the gold standard in the auto repair business!

While traveling from Mississippi to Colorado, the suv (2015 audi q7 tdi) went into limp mode I had called several shops in the area. Noone wanted to help The team at Kjluxauto stepped up HUGE , did a diagnostics & within 24 hours i was back on the road Since I was traveling with my wife & 2 small children , this helped us tremendously EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE GOOD PRICE

I’ve used this shop several times since they opened and they always do an amazing job. The service is honest, professional, and reliable every single time. Highly recommend!

Had a nice shop, friendly, and were super fast. Will definitely be back!

Kris and his team are great—super honest and down-to-earth. They’ll walk you through what’s actually wrong with your car and help you figure out what makes sense to fix based on your situation, not just what costs the most. It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s this transparent and easy to work with. Highly recommend if you want straight answers and solid work.

These guys know what they’re talking about and care. Definitely deserving of your trust and business.
