Kris & Doug are the best mechanic shop I’ve ever worked with and I’ve dealt with tons. Quite literally. not only have a done great work on both of my Ford F250s but they have also even done work on my McLaren. I have referred them to multiple family members and even people that work for me. I’ve had my vehicles worked on there at least 20 times and I would say 18 out of the 20 times they have it back to me same day and I can text them with a day or two heads up and they get me in If I could give them more than 5 stars I would lol

Kris and Greg are absolutely wonderful! I took my 2013 Honda CRV to them for a valve repair and they handled it quickly. When I picked my car up they were able to give me a game plan on how to make sure that this did not continue to happen. I definitely will be continuing to go to them for all of my car needs!

Greg and Chris have exceeded expectations and repaired my car with the expertise and customer service that is Head over heels compared to larger establishments. So I am asking if you read this review at anytime take your car to these Gentlemen. They do not cut corners and they sell professionalism with every repair. They say honesty is the best policy, and I couldn’t agree more. In the is case, honesty earned KJ Lux Auto, a lifelong customer. I took my vehicle to the dealership for routine maintenance and was told that I needed a $3000 service due to a leak. Something didn’t feel right-I wasn’t seeing any leakage on the ground- so I decided to get a second opinion. I’m so glad I did, because Kris & Greg found nothing wrong. After this dealership experience, I felt betrayed and am questioning whether past recommendations were ever truly necessary. Kris & Greg on the other hand, are amazing! They could have easily taken my money for the repair I came in asking for, but instead they chose to be honest and transparent. I took my Infiniti M37S for a 4WAS diagnosis/repair and they did not disappoint. It’s hard to find honest mechanics who will take the time to learn and understand the actual issue with your vehicle. 10/10 would recommend especially if it’s something electrical related!! My car was in a hit-and-run last week, and I’m currently waiting for insurance to cover the repairs. In the meantime, I haven’t been able to drive on the highway because the bumper detaches and gets pushed back by the wind—definitely not fun. I stopped by and spoke with Kris to see what I could do as a temporary fix until everything is sorted with insurance, and he was incredibly kind and helpful. He secured the bumper so I can drive safely for now and offered great professional advice and reassurance. I’ll absolutely be returning to KJLA in the future! Excellent service and a perfect example of the quality care they provide. Highly recommend!

I found an incredible auto shop where the guys are super smart and fair, two things not always associated with each other in the auto repair world. I’ll never go anywhere else and if I move I’m taken them with me. These guys are the gold standard in the auto repair business!

While traveling from Mississippi to Colorado, the suv (2015 audi q7 tdi) went into limp mode I had called several shops in the area. Noone wanted to help The team at Kjluxauto stepped up HUGE , did a diagnostics & within 24 hours i was back on the road Since I was traveling with my wife & 2 small children , this helped us tremendously EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE GOOD PRICE

KJLux is THE place to go for your cars! Kris is hands-down the best mechanic I’ve ever worked with. I seriously wouldn’t trust my cars with anyone else. He knows all types of cars inside and out—there hasn’t been a single issue he couldn’t figure out or fix. What really sets him apart, though, is how easy he is to work with. He’s super friendly, explains things in a way that actually makes sense (even if you know nothing about cars), and he’s always upfront and honest about what needs to be done. He’s professional, reliable, and just an all-around great guy. If you’re tired of feeling unsure or getting the runaround at other shops, do yourself a favor and go to KJLux. He’s the real deal.

Needed oil change on Linda's 2020. During their inspection it was noticed that a tire had a blister and the wheel was bent . The wheel is not so bad but the blistering tire has to be replaced.. it did balance okay but will be replacing the wheel soon.

KJLux auto was fantastic from start to end. Kris updated me every single step of the way on my vehicle repair. They are professional and efficient–my car was in and out in two days when the Audi dealership would've taken over a week. Their pricing was also only 1/3 of the dealership. Cannot recommend them enough for your car needs.

I have more than the necessary mods on my car and they were able to solve my emissions issues and do more than just get my car to pass the TX inspection. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Overall a great experience

This is by far one of the best car service/ repair or Mechanic places I have ever been. They worked on our Cadillac ATS In a way that nobody has been able to do in the last five years. Alignment/tires , Real assessment leading to proper repair on brakes and staring issues . Chris And his crew went above and beyond to diagnose a problem that we felt when turning. Now we know that we weren’t just hearing things. I will be Bringing my other vehicle here For services ASAP. The minute I left, I was handing out their card. Kris did absolutely amazing. We brought in our Audi Q5 with a very complex coolant leak and fixed it for a very fair price. He was kind, informative, and transparent and truly cares about the job. All of our parts came straight from the Audi dealership and because of his thorough testing he found a small leak that Audi couldn’t detected over with multiple tests over the past few years. So thankful we went to KJ Lux!! 12/10 ⭐️

And when an oil change and AC check turned into more than that, KJLux Auto was kind, informative and not pushy on the additional work that needed to be done. Kris and his team did an amazing job with my car and it’s so comforting to have a trusted mechanic since I know nothing about cars. In fact, I took my car to another shop previously for a service and they tried to force me to spend thousands of dollars on an issue. I took it to Kris instead and they did all the necessary testing and saved me so much money. They also fit me in and got the job done very quickly, which I appreciated. KJLux is the only place I’ll take my car from now on for servicing and repairs!

Kris and the team saved the day on my E39 M5 after multiple shops misdiagnosed it. The team there are extremely knowledgeable and take their time properly diagnosing and solving problems. The shop is very clean and their workmanship is excellent.

This Automobile shop saved the day! Twice already. On 2 different vehicles of ours. We took our vehicles to other shops and they could not fix the issues we were having but KJLux Auto was able diagnose and repair my vehicles and get us back on the road again! Best customer service experience

Chris and Greg are great. They serviced my SQ5 and have been extremely communicative, explained everything that needed to happen well, and did everything for a fair price. Not to mention, they got me out of a bind a few weeks ago and helped plug a tire for me after I ran over a drill bit. Very happy with the service and highly recommend them!

Great service and amazing work done on my Lexus rc 300 rwd f sport. They installed a HPS charge pipe and a turbo muffler delete perfectly and actually pointed out some small things previously done in my car that were done wrong. They corrected it free of charge. I am super happy with this place. Definitely earned a loyal customer!

I went in for what I thought was an oil leak which another auto repair had recently said I had. Luckily, the expert mechanics at KJLux determined it was a transmission leak, along with a power steering pump that was shot. They had it all repaired in one day, and it now drives so much better. The hand power carwash was a nice touch- the car has never looked so clean (all the crepe myrtle sap was removed, lol) The pricing was so much less than it would have been at the dealership. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone with a luxury car- especially European.
