This is by far one of the best car service/ repair or Mechanic places I have ever been.They worked on our Cadillac ATS In a way that nobody has been able to do in the last five years.Alignment/tires , Real assessment leading to proper repair on brakes and staring issues .Chris And his crew went above and beyond to diagnose a problem that we felt when turning.Now we know that we weren’t just hearing things. I will be Bringing my other vehicle here For services ASAP.The minute I left, I was handing out their card.I highly recommend you get your car services here.

Kris did absolutely amazing. We brought in our Audi Q5 with a very complex coolant leak and fixed it for a very fair price. He was kind, informative, and transparent and truly cares about the job. All of our parts came straight from the Audi dealership and because of his thorough testing he found a small leak that Audi couldn’t detected over with multiple tests over the past few years. So thankful we went to KJ Lux!! 12/10 ⭐️

And when an oil change and AC check turned into more than that, KJLux Auto was kind, informative and not pushy on the additional work that needed to be done. Kris and his team did an amazing job with my car and it’s so comforting to have a trusted mechanic since I know nothing about cars. In fact, I took my car to another shop previously for a service and they tried to force me to spend thousands of dollars on an issue. I took it to Kris instead and they did all the necessary testing and saved me so much money. They also fit me in and got the job done very quickly, which I appreciated. KJLux is the only place I’ll take my car from now on for servicing and repairs!

Kris and the team saved the day on my E39 M5 after multiple shops misdiagnosed it. The team there are extremely knowledgeable and take their time properly diagnosing and solving problems. The shop is very clean and their workmanship is excellent.

This Automobile shop saved the day! Twice already. On 2 different vehicles of ours. We took our vehicles to other shops and they could not fix the issues we were having but KJLux Auto was able diagnose and repair my vehicles and get us back on the road again! Best customer service experience

Chris and Greg are great. They serviced my SQ5 and have been extremely communicative, explained everything that needed to happen well, and did everything for a fair price. Not to mention, they got me out of a bind a few weeks ago and helped plug a tire for me after I ran over a drill bit. Very happy with the service and highly recommend them!

Greg has been servicing my vehicles for the past 7 years, he is very thorough, honest, and reliable, which is so hard to find in mechanics nowadays. Great service and amazing work done on my Lexus rc 300 rwd f sport. They installed a HPS charge pipe and a turbo muffler delete perfectly and actually pointed out some small things previously done in my car that were done wrong. They corrected it free of charge. I am super happy with this place. Definitely earned a loyal customer!

I went in for what I thought was an oil leak which another auto repair had recently said I had. Luckily, the expert mechanics at KJLux determined it was a transmission leak, along with a power steering pump that was shot. They had it all repaired in one day, and it now drives so much better. The hand power carwash was a nice touch- the car has never looked so clean (all the crepe myrtle sap was removed, lol) The pricing was so much less than it would have been at the dealership. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone with a luxury car- especially European.

Kris and his team are the best mechanics in DFW. Over 7+ years, Kris has serviced 5 vehicles for me and always done an excellent job on both routine and significant maintenance repairs. Communicative, knowledgeable, fair, and thorough- highly recommend.

I thought my truck had a serious problem and I was going to have to spend a ton on repairs. The guys at KJLux were able to find it was just something minor and got my truck running like new again. AND it was done a lot faster than I was expecting! I'll be bringing all of my vehicles to KJLux for repairs in the future.

I have an '08 Land Rover that was experiencing some lag when accelerating and when shifting gears. I was afraid I'd be looking at a transmission replacement. Kris was honest and told me that needing to replace it was a real possibility. In the end, they determined the source of the problem was a leak cause by a bad seal. That's a real oversimplification of what went into the repair, but bottom line is Kris and his team resolved the problem for about 25% of what I was expecting. The truck drives as well as it ever has again, too. Great shop and excellent customer service.

I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism KJLux showed. I was out of town when I received an email with all the details including photos of work needed. The quote was accepted and work done quickly and on budget. Kris and the team are great to work with!

Kris recently took care of my Porsche Boxster. I was having an issue with the convertible top. After the inspection he took me through the details (with pictures) of what was wrong and what they'd do to fix it. Did the job on time and on price to what he quoted and now it's working great.No need to go anywhere else. I trust Kris and really appreciate his communication skills and professionalism from start to finish.

I was looking around at a few shops in the area and chose to use KJlux auto to replace my break pads. I had previously received a quote from meinke which was incredibly more expensive!I’m glad I went with KJlux for many reasons.1. Being a better price.2. Being a better atmosphere. I work from home and KJlux has a great waiting area that is closed off and is a nice work space. I was able to have a few works calls and work comfortably.3. The owner was friendly and thorough and walked me through my upcoming 60k maintenance that will be needed (which I was unaware of).

To all German car owners in the greater Dallas area: Do not take your vehicle to KJLux. It will be a huge mistake to let these nimrods and dolts anywhere near your German vehicle.I tried calling their shop several times and no one answered the phone. I heard about KJLux from a German car owner and wanted to check their shop out before I brought my car in for service.They operate out of a tiny storefront in the Carrollton/Farmers Branch area with what appears to be only one (1) service bay. I was under the impression KJLux ran a bigger operation.When I went there today in person to speak to the owner of KJLux I asked him questions directly related to the servicing my Volkswagen GTI.After I left he lied and told the Carrollton police I was harassing him. This was unbelievable to me.I wrote for one of the best car magazines in the world. I am very particular about who works on my cars. I alway perform due diligence on the business before I even think about them working on my car.KJLux doesn't do business the right way. Calling the police on a potential customer for simply asking questions? Really.Don't take your German car to these jokers. You will regret it. Instead I would recommend that any German car owner take their car to Blair Automotive located at 2125 Chenault Drive in Carrollton.Blair Automotive has been in business for many years and works on all makes of German cars. Blair is the best German automotive service center in North Texas hands down. I have taken my GTI there for almost 5 years and they do a fantastic job. The owners truly care about all of their customers.Unlike KJLux, Blair Automotive does business the right way. In today's business world we need more companies like Blair Automotive. I would never say this about KJLux.I guarantee you will be very pleased with the way you are treated at Blair Automotive.
